Welcome to Access Health and Community at 90 Tram Road, Doncaster.  

We offer a range of general practice services, from newborn babies to older people.  

We also provide support to prevent illness, disease and injury. Video and telehealth appointments are available where possible. We offer bulk billing to a range of patients who are eligible under Medicare.

Dr Hok Lim

General Practitioner, Male  

Dr Hok Lim is an experienced General Practitioner who provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages. He gained his medical degree (MD- honors) at the University of Melbourne and also holds a pharmacy degree (BPharm) from the University of Otago.  He takes a calm, practical, and patient-centred approach to consultations.

His special interests include: 

  • Mental health

  • Chronic disease management

  • Children’s health

  • Preventative care

About Dr Hok Lim

Coming from a refugee background, Dr Lim has extensive experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and is committed to providing culturally safe care that recognises the broader social context of health. 

Outside of work, Dr Lim enjoys running, playing soccer, piano, and spending time with his three children — often found trying to crack-the-egg and attempting to do flips on the trampoline.

Dr Lee Mey Wong

General Practitioner, Female

Women’s health GP services 

Trained as a GP Counsellor, Dr Wong offers compassionate and trauma-informed care for individuals with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), persistent pelvic pain (PPP), low libido, vulva and vaginal complaints. 

Her special interests include: 

  • Sexual and reproductive health  

  • Perimenopause and menopause 

  • Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) 

  • Endometriosis and pelvic pain 

  • Vulva lichen sclerosus and vulva lichen planus 

  • Contraception and sexual health 

Children and young people GP services

Dr Wong is available to see children and young people up to the age of 18.  

Children aged under16 will be bulked billed. 

About Dr Lee Mey Wong

Dr Wong is a general practitioner who specialises in women’s health and children’s health. She graduated from Monash University in 2005, after completing her training in Melbourne.

Dr Wong is a member of The Australian Menopause Society, and also consults at Jean Hailes for Women’s Health.

During her spare time, she enjoys cooking Malaysian cuisine, visiting op shops, and relaxing with her family - watching Japanese anime and zombie movies with her husband and two sons.
