a full range of general practice medical services and can treat most non-hospital medical conditions
medical care for your whole family from new-born babies to older people
support to help prevent illness, disease or injury.
Video and telehealth appointments are available where possible.
No out of pocket cost
Our GPs in Lilydale bulk bill for most consultations for people who have a valid Medicare card, making healthcare more accessible and affordable for our communities.
There may be an out-of-pocket fee for some procedures for people who don’t hold a valid concession card.
Fees may apply for non-eligible services, including:
Procedures like skin excisions
Diagnostic services like ECG and Pathology
Allied health and other non-GP services
Non-MBS services
Patients without a Medicare number
For urgent, non-emergency care you can visit the Lilydale Urgent Care Clinic, which is co-located at AccessHC’s Inspiro site in Lilydale. Appointments are free (bulk-billed) for people with or without a Medicare card.
It provides free urgent medical treatment, when you can’t see your GP.
Appointments are bulk billed, with or without a Medicare card. 
Open from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.

Dr Hok Lim
General Practitioner, Male
Dr Hok Lim is an experienced General Practitioner who provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
He gained his medical degree (MD- honors) at the University of Melbourne and also holds a pharmacy degree (BPharm) from the University of Otago. He has a particular interest in mental health, chronic disease management, children's health, and preventive care, and takes a calm, practical, and patient-centred approach to consultations.
Coming from a refugee background, Dr Lim has extensive experience working with multicultural communities and is committed to providing culturally safe care that recognises the broader social context of health.
Outside of work, Dr Lim enjoys running, playing soccer, piano, and spending time with his three children - often found trying to crack-the-egg and attempting to do flips on the trampoline.
